Ever have friends, clients, or colleagues who use the question mark key on their keyboards way too much? It's usually innocent enough:

The server is down?

Why not make fun of them on the internet? If you use Twitter, tweet the non-question along with a #notquestions hashtag, and you can see it here on this page available for public ridicule.
